WHO are you people? AMI is an awesome online store. I have been ordering from them for about six years and EVERYTHING was gorgeous. IF they didn't send an item, because it was sold out, they refunded me promptly. I have tons of clothes and shoes and boots and jewelry, you name it, I've bought it. I have not ONE single complaint. IF you choose to use a coupon code for your order, of course you have to add shipping. EVERY SITE is like that! IF you are too stupid to put in amishipped to receive free shipping then THAT IS YOUR FAULT! Grow up people. NO WONDER we have a crappy president, SOME of you should not be voting OR shopping. SHEESH!

Answer:
I am honestly shocked by so many negative reviews. How could I have had such a positive experience, every single time, ordering several times over the past 5 - 6 years and so many others see the site as a scam and worst ever? Wow!

Question:

I keep calling and get no answer.I placed order 112395630 and got a message that one of the items was on backorder.I want that item refunded/cancelled

Hi Yasime, Thank you for shopping with AMIclubwear.com. We apologize for your back order items. We tried to issue your refund today but was not able to because it look like you have open a claim with PayPal. Once a claim is open, PayPal will not allow us to issue any refunds until they have finished their investigation or if you decide to close your claim. I you wish to have your claim open with PayPal then we would have to wait until they notify us once PayPal complete their investigation or if you decide to close the claim yourself, please notify us and we will process your refund immediately.
