Price shop online for the casket you want. Then approach the funeral home that you have chosen and ask them if they will match the price. Funeral homes are already making money on the funeral services and they hate internet competition. In my case they matched the price and I even avoided the shipping costs.

I purchased a casket from Best Price Caskets and the casket was of excellent quality, arrived on time, and was boxed and packaged correctly to prevent damage. In fact the funeral home asked for my signature to authorize the funeral home to uncrate the casket so it could be inspected. The funeral home uncrated in my presence and all was OK. A form then was sent to Best Price Caskets that all had arrived OK.
