Hi, I ordered on Friday Jan 13.I did not get tracking info also but tracking number. But I received my goods this morning Thursday 19 in the morning. I have never waited to long for my goods.I live in Ontario also.

It could be up to 15 days but right now the shipping is taking longer due to Christmas. You could get it early and you may not. They can not promise anything. They do not control shipping. I have had no problem getting my books though and I order several.
