My packages arrived two-three days ago and I still havent received any updates! How long is the waiting period until it gets processed?

Owners changed May-Jun23, no pkgs are being sent of to buyers. Seems new owners are frauds

Hi Katherine - packages received and are signed for by our team is regularly processed within 1 business day. However, with the COVID-19 situation, we hold the package for another day before processing it. If the tracking number of your package says "Delivered" and it has been more than 2 business days, we can help you check if we have really received your order or if there is a different reason for the delay.
