How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Gixen?

I have not needed to reach Customer Service.

Their online help is pretty good.

SUPER easy. Mario the owner/operator communicates directly with users in plain English. Unheard of in this space. He is the best.

The site owner is very responsive. I don't remember what I needed from him but I remember that he got back to me within one or two business days.

They also communicate very well even about problems I wasn't aware of.

Very easy. Mario's communication is second to none, he replies to queries super fast and keeps subscribers fully up to date with any new developments.

The one time I can recall contacting Gixen, about a log-in issue, I received a helpful reply in very short order. Only one time because Gixen's service has always been smooth and trouble-free.
