Short Answer: Goodsrepublic is a legit company.
Long Answer: I have bought from here a couple of times, along with their sister sites (OtakuRepublic, DoujinRepublic, & TCGRepublic) and I have had no problems yet with them, no extra charges to PayPal or my credit card and items all arrived as expected/described. And if you ever have any questions, ask them! Their support is good, everyone seems nice!

Goods Republic is about as cheap as it gets when it comes to anime merchandise, especially factoring in the free shipping. However, sites like Co-Kan and Tokyo Otaku Mode sell similar items.
