I got my refund through PayPal after I filed a dispute. Now I need to return this 10 dollars costume wig. Does anyone have a return address here in the US. Their website says that they have businesses in New York. I refuse to pay outrageous international shipping prices, to send this mop head to China.

They sent you garbage instead of the wig you thought you were buying. You should not be out a time sending that gross wig back. If they want that ugly wig back insist they send you a prepaid shipping label. If not, ignore the scam company.
