The measurements that we have do not match the chart dress number. What should I do?

Unfortunatley. You have no recourse. They should use standandze size chart as other retailers.

Don't order from them. Their sizes are completely inaccurate anyway and you will NOT get your money back if it doesn't fit. I lost $300 through them!
