No they're not. They run a scam business misleading the customers.

They say that the Initial payment made does not cover the unlocking, and quote their "Terms and Conditions" which were not shown.

Please note section 7.3 of the Terms and Conditions which you agreed to upon purchasing:

"Eligibility Checks" are not covered by our money back guarantee. We perform a variety of checks, including checking for lost/stolen status, correct network, phone history as well as Activation Lock status. There may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase. If you decide not to proceed with the unlocking payment, we cannot refund the cost of the Eligibility Checks, as we have already performed the service.

Never heard of this company yet I have a 30$ charge and I emailed several times to refund me.
Yet they refused I have dispute this charge and reported it as fraud through my account that was charged they have reached out to there payment issuer and seen many others have reported it to. I suggest you do the same dispute the charge and report this company as fraudulent.

I was skeptical at the beginning and wondered whether it'd actually work. It works very well and I was able to use other SIM cards in my UK phone while travelling in Africa, BUT mind you there is an extra charge on top of the one they initially advertise. First they charge you to check whether it can be done on your phone, then they charge you to complete the entire job.

Deliberately misleading website & process, then overcharges & refuses to refund anything. Avoid!
