I am unable to order on line lately. anybody else having trouble with the web page?

Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.

When trying to sign in on the website it tells me I have no account but my inbox gets bombarded I did get a order confirmation of the order they never shipped

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from #oldnavy! If for some reason you need help with anything concerning your order or need to return something, it is IMPOSSIBLE to do! Just trying to help
