Yes, I think it's too much. Earlier they charge only 8%. But suddenly it becomes massive. I think if they can reduce their charges for 10 - 15% it may be really comfortable for workers to do their jobs.

No! Minimum temporary success rate is 75%. You have to work carefully. If your temp success rate is lower than 75% you cannot submit any task. So do work carefully.
