I knew it was too good to be true! The pictures of their clothing are so pretty and unlike anything in stores so when I saw prices I should've acted on my intuition which told me I may as well take what money I'm trying to spend with them and set it on fire... sure as Rotita is Ro-ratchet, I ordered a really pretty black lace sincher on February 18 and paid extra for fast delivery but ain't seen nothing. It's March 4th! That's just not acceptable and they don't know me cuz I'll sue for my hard earned money they're playing with from China to California to Timbuktu, anywhere but to me where my purchase should've been at least a week ago! I'm so pissed and after seeing so so so many reviews, which were ALL as in 100% of them bad, I wanted to kick myself! Does anybody have a phone number to contact these thieves? I have a feeling if I were to get in touch with someone I wouldn't be able to understand them plus I would end up saying things that my church family would have to hold me accountable for on Sunday!

I've never felt the burning need to report a complaint about a company until my dealings with this SHIT so called company! I've never ever been so boiling mad and like so many of you I just wanted to kick myself for even thinking anything on their cheap site would be quality. I paid $40 using PayPal maybe I'll look into getting a refund BUT I actually want to sue this company for fraud and misrepresentation EVERYTHING is cheap polyester despite the description clearly stating cotton! That's what set me off. All of their emails have made no damn sense so I stopped reading them but I did threaten to sue. We all need to get together for a class action lawsuit!

Got all my money back through Paypal. Need to start a world wide petition warning people that they are fraudulent.

Hi. The clothes we ordered was missing letters and all and the sizes were not even close. I paid with my credit card which offers me 100% satisfaction so I started a claim and sent in all my correspondence from this company and now my credit card gave me back my money and is fighting the company. Can't believe this company gets away with this. They said if I wasn't happy I could give it to a friend. I wouldn't give this garbage to my worse enemy

Not sure how you paid, but PayPal helped me somewhat. Not perfect, but you now have to get back what you can. If you've paid by PayPal or credit card there should be a way to recoup your payment, if not at least some of it. I learned, as you the hard way, and I feel dumb, but hope others read these links and just DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING! I wish you well and hope your outcome is favourable.

I also think Facebook should be held accountable since they let this company advertise on there site. I was able to get my money back from my bank it's just sad that so many people are dissatisfied and people money is getting taken I don't care if it is $40 dollars it's our hard working money!

They use a California number and they only work during China daylight hours. It is the number, they have listed on their website, this is fraud and I'm very interested in a class action suit.
My bank gave me a refund, but said I had to return the merchandise, this mess isn't wOrth me paying 4 times the amount to return it. Once u receive the fabric, it's not going to what u see on the website, they r a mess.

I too received rubbish from this company, I put a claim through PayPal and I got my money back. The only way to contact them is via e-mail but they are useless in helping you. Your best bet is going through your credit card company and raise a dispute. This company should be shut down but they also operate under many different names: Rosegal, Sammi Dress and many more so beware everyone!
