I also bought AdultElectric Tricycle Scooter,I gave up one of my prescription medicationsfor it.Stealing from disabled people is even lower than low!!

I ordered one of your folding tricycles for adults about a month ago. I paid Topshop $70.00 for it & haven't heard anymore from you. Where is it?

Answer:
I ordered the same thing on June 12,2019. I have never heard from them. I tried email, calling NOTHING! They charged my account $70. Ripped off

I live in Canada. How long would it take to get my order

I need to return a pair of boots I bought and I don't like them. I am confused how to send them back foot a refund. Please help. I am in the US.

Answer:
Well I send my items back using the shipping label which was provided in the box. I never got refund. I will say don't bother. They are out of business in USA and they obviously don't care anymore.

Question:

I live in Canada. 3 weeks and counting have passed and I still don't have my order. What should I do ? I've tried 3 times to contact the Customer Service Team and they never replied. Should I wait ? Should I ask for a refund (how?) ?

Answer:
Did your order ever arrive? I'm in the same boat. Customer service is outstandingly horrible. Cannot see a number to call from Canada either.
