T.A. claims that if a review is rejected, you will be contacted with the reasons why. You are not. I have posted hundreds of reviews - successfully - but this particular review has remained "Pending approval" for ever. Is this a ploy to avoid contacting rejected reviewers?

These guys are a joke, and take advantage of unsuspecting rentors and renters by charging fees and cancellation penalties, even when it was not you who cancelled. I'd avoid them!
