I now have several protective covers for patio sofa, chairs and table, and cushion covers for my patio dining chairs. They have all been exactly what I wanted. I am really pleased with the price and the quality and will continue to use covers and all in the future.
Easy to use and plenty options to chose from, the site is setup so it impossible to make a mistake. The price was very good also. I've not yet received the cover but I have no doubt it will be perfect. Even got myself a logo printed on the front 👍👍.

Good iterative custom design process, cover fits very well and is only fractionally more expensive than a replacement cover but it's made of much tougher material. The original cover only lasted 3 years

Initially had issues trying to order the cover via the website due to applying insurance everytime I went to the payment section but finally managed to get it for the advertised price. Delivery was late, with the customer service team simply advising me that it's not their fault but the delivery company so, basically take it up with them!
Once my order finally arrived, it's a great fit and really good quality!

After placing my order I was contacted to confirm one of the measurements. This assured me that my order was being thoughtfully handled. My covered are of a high quality both in construction and fabric and a perfect fit.

Products of the same dimensions but under different ordering time came to us with different length. Also the grommet spacing was not consistent between those vinyl tarps. This affects our metal frame design. We need them to be more consistent when we make multiple orders of the same tarps. Thanks.

I needed new cushion covers for my outdoor sofa set. I looked around and some sites were very expensive, I could have just ordered a whole new sofa set at the cost of some of the quotes.
I've previously ordered a cover for the sofa from Covers and All and was pleased with that so went ahead and ordered the new cushion covers from them too as the price was reasonable.
I was worried about sizing but it all worked out great and it was easy to order on the website.
The covers arrived about 3 weeks later. They are good quality, and fit really well on the cushions. I'm really pleased and would use covers and all again in the future.

Easy website instructions to follow, they made sure I had my measurements correct and let me view how the finished product would look with the zip in place, very reasonably priced for made to measure cushion covers and extremely pleased with finished items

Ordering a bespoke products like these was a daunting prospect. However, Cover & All was fantastic.
The guidance on the site was very helpful, how to measure, the options available and even being able to add photos. I wasn't sure why I was adding photos, but it became clear.
C&A checked the photos and noticed a couple of discrepancies in what I was ordering based on what they could see in the photos and reached out to me to double check. Once I confirmed everything, including the changes they captured they called me to confirm a few things to make sure they got it right.
The covers arrived quite quickly and fit like a glove.
I am very happy with the customer experience, I will be ordering a few more covers shortly to complete the set and I am very confident C&A will get it right. These covers have brought new life to a garden set I was considering replacing.

Ordered a cover to cover up metal work inside my outdoor kitchen and the vents where placed on the wrong side where it's squashed between metal and concrete Covers and all thinks it's okay and normal practice

We were very impressed by the care taken by this company to make sure our product was made exactly how we wanted. Several messages were exchanged resulting in it being slightly changed each time until they were sure it was exactly what we wanted.
The delivery driver they used also took great care to make sure they handed me the product in person so it would not be left outside unattended. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you for all your care

Did not start manufacture until I approved their mock up and sizes, Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Do not be put off by headquarters in USA or manufactured in China. Excellent service, excellent product.

I bought a bench cover and two bolster cushion covers. …. 84 pound in total … I measured and added on two centimetres my experience being they slways too tight and poor quality zips etc make difficult to fit … the covers arrived amazing quality with industrial like zios and too big but my fault if I'd measured exact would have been perfect … only a little big but still look great … would highly recommend this company and product
