These guys are doing business under about 5 different names. That's not sketchy at all. I receive daily emails trying to solicit the purchase of full auto components. I emailed to inquire about an order with no response. Possibly because I inquired about the multiple names and affiliations. Everyone says the parts they produce suck anyway. Anything they have from a reputable company is probably ok, if the price is worth it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

I received my complete Davidson Defense Arian, AR-15,5.56 upper receiver in unusable condition. The slots for the charging handle were cut wrong and won't fit in. The dust cover won't close as well. I finally received the AR upper after 3 weeks of waiting. I've tried numerous times by phone and help tickets with no response. It seems once they have your money it's over. I won't be purchasing any more items from this company.

Placed an order on 1 dec and my CC was immediately charged. 19 days later (and counting) I have not received the order and cannot even get them to answer the phone or respond to email asking what the status of my order is. This will be my last transaction with DD. If you are busy, I get it but don't take my money and then ignore me

After reading so many bad reviews but decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. The items were shipped the next business day and I was provided tracking. Parts arrived and were exactly as expected. Completed assembly and went to the range. Everything performed flawless with over 100 rounds.
I will buy from them again.

So far so good. I really appreciate the fact that a representative from DD actually puts their direct company email out there for people to reach out to. We are looking forward to doing further business with their company and having good results!

I have ordered products a few times from Davidson Defense. Each time I have received no communications at all about the status of my order, and when I call, I get the run around. On my 2 most recent orders they indicated 3 day ship time. I called the first time after 2 weeks and had to go pick it up after a manager pulled the product from stock. I am still waiting after nearly 2 weeks for my last order that indicated 3 days shipping.

Ordered an AR 15 stock. After 3 business days no confirmation email, nothing at all. Not in spam folder either. I don't even know my order number. Made attempt to contact them during THERE business hours on live chat. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Just did a charge back on my credit card on this. F this company will NEVER buy from them again.

So Far I have purchased 3 complete uppers with no complaints. I ordered an unbranded Lower parts kit again with no problems. I have no idea where all these complaints came from but one can't help but wonder how skilled the builders were to start with.

Incorrectly assembled a.458 SOCOM I ordered with a standard Upper Receiver.458 Requires an XL version with the larger ejection port. Reached out to them Three times to make it right with zero response.

I made an order comprising of 12 items on 3/23/23. I got the acknowledgment email soon after placing the order, but did not hear until or receive another email until a week later on 3/29/23 when it was shipped. I received the order on 3/31/23 in perfect condition. I was missing a foregrip that was on backorder, but it will be sent separately. For overselling this product, they offered me a discount on my next order.

Overall, I am happy with my experience here at DD. The products were new and tightly wrapped. The box was well protected and didn't go through a beating as others have when I have purchased through other gun/rifle stores.

I felt they went above and beyond with the discount code for having one of their product on back order. I would definitely do business with them again.

This is the 2nd time I order from this store, the first order takes over a month just get shipped this 2nd order is almost 2 months and still is not shipped, the only response I got from them is they have high volume of orders and they are short handed, and only got this response after several attempts to make contact.

Placed an order online and paid via credit card. They sent a tracking number but the items never arrived. I emailed Davidson Defense and they responded by saying Not Our Problem, File a Claim with USPS. Luckily the package was brought to me by a neighbor who got the package my mistake. Thank God because Davison Defense would not have made it good. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Thought something was strange when everyone else was out of upper/barrels and these guys had them. "In stock" it's been two weeks now and no response to emails. Judging by the reviews on here. I'll never get a response or my upper.
Just curious how a company like this stays in business. Maybe some day they'll run across a customer with nothing to loose and pay a visit to their shop and enact some justice.

Being an ex-employee, this company is two faced. They trash talk their own CEO and have absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service protocols and procedures and absolutely no compensation for customers that makes customers feel valued at all. They lie and have extremely low moral values. Little respect for "new" or "outside" clicks and make bad habits of trash talking customers and inappropriate workplace conduct is seen as normal. Watched a manager hang up on a customer without a second thought. Claim they desperately need to expand and fix their customer service team, but if you disagree with ANYTHING with them, regardless of how simple or stupid, you're fired. No integrity. Almost all employees are there for a paycheck, not to give one ounce of value to their work or the customers. Don't work for them or attempt customer service. You will be disappointed. They may have great products and decent prices, but everything else desperately needs reformation and reconstruction.

I ordered a complete upper, stating it comes complete, drop in ready supposed to be bolt carrier and charge handle included. Neither included. Site offered 3 day shipping with a guarantee delivered by date, for extra money of course which I paid. Took way longer than the time I paid for. 100% do NOT recommend using from them. I sent over 5 emails in the last 2 weeks with zero response. I wish this company would get banned from the gun community for ripping its customers off and not carrying at all.

While Davidson Defense has great prices. They don't have parts in stock that they say are in stock. After waiting 4 weeks for a shipment. The package arrived and is missing one of the parts that was ordered and paid for. Many attempts made to contact customer service. There is no customer service. You get reply emails asking you to send pictures. I may be dense, but how do you send a picture of a missing part. Dont bother calling. The 6 minute wait time is over a half hour and then you get disconnected.
Read the other reviews. This company is just bad news.

Here is another website that sells items they don't have in stock. After placing my order I received an email next day stating the item I ordered was not in stock and will take up to 10 days for them to receive, HOPEFULLY. The item was clearly marked as "in stock" and what bothers me is it still says in stock as I type this even though they should be aware that it is not. Why don't they update the status? Doesn't make me feel like I can trust the site... What if I ordered something then after i received it, I send them a message saying the funds i paid with will not be available for up to 10 days, maybe. You think that would be okay?

I ordered an upper before I had seen all the negative reviews. I was concerned. I seen on the website it takes 25-27 working days for assembled uppers to ship out. I patiently waited until day 25 when I decided to call. This time I requested a call back in which they did call me back. They informed me my upper was getting finished up and will be shipped out soon. I would say they have great customer service! I received my shipping e-mail the next day. Upon receiving my upper everything looks great! Fits up nicely! Cycles nicely! I would recommend Davidson Defense!
