Tried to purchase Data Recovery product for $69.95 and was charged $151.15 instead for a Toolkit that I never placed in my cart. Their customer service refuses to issue a refund unless I first re-purchase the Data Recovery that I wanted to begin with. Very deceitful. Make sure and read their refund policy because you're not getting one. Think twice before allowing these folks access to your computer hard drive!
Don't purchase any phone software from these scam artists. They reel you in with a free offer, scan your phone, and offer a legit solution. Shame on me for believing. With online retailers, customer service is no longer a viable service offered by any company. The software did nothing to fix my issue and when I asked for a refund they simply told me NO. It is their policy to not offer any refunds. Wow, if I did this in my business, I would be homeless and without any clients. There back and forth solution only made the matter worse. Now i have a bricked phone and the software i purchased will not do anything. I am out $50.

This product could not fix my problem. I ultimately had to go to a store. They did not return my money and customer service offered a hard reset to be an example of a service the app provides. There is no need to purchase an app to perform a hard reset. That was Dr. Fone's solution for purchasing their app. Proceed with caution. They will not refund if you are unable to use it.

The data recovery portion of this software did not perform the task I needed it to and then, to make matters worse, they would not give me a refund. Definitely would not recommend paying for this to anyone.

If I could give it a negative score I would. It didn't find ANY deleted files (of ANY type e.g. pics, docs, videos, etc etc) - even though there were literally hundreds of them. I even deliberately deleted a couple of dozen files of various types, switched off my phone, shut down my PC, turned them both back on then tried the Android deleted files recovery again... aaaand STILL got nothing! It's a complete RIP OFF!

You are less to believe that there is some software that assists in unlocking your android phone, wrong it is just a guide to factory reset your phone. 40$ to look at a guide to reset your phone, that's free information people. Of course you won't get a refund, customer service is on existent. I hope this company crashes and burns.

Run alway from this company. The screen unlock feature promise to unlock easily after a few clicks. However it is simply a guide to factory reset the phone, thus losing ALL data.
The software downloaed'and the licence purchased is useless.They provide just some text instructions with a screenshots that youcan get for FREE on your phone company website.
The software and the licence you pay for, is not needed to unlock your phone. This is complete scam.

I have spent over 200$ on the program. It is simply a scam. My computer never had a virus problem until I installed wondershare (Dr.Fone) their customer service is crap. (non existent) I'm so frustrated I had to leave a review. Tenorshare is crap too. Just sayin...

Got the Dr. Fone was still within the 7 days did keep trying to see if it worked for me but it didn't was trying to get a refund, talked to an agent trying to explain what exactly is going on but wasn't able to let me speak and when he did he interrupted immediately after i was going over the return policy got to the point that he started to blame my device anything to not give me a refund. Total waste of money. Probably wouldn't be so mad if the agent let me speak.

Dr Fone is nothing more than a fraud mongering scheme that will play off your urgency and damage your smartphone without recompense... My Samsung Galaxy Note S4 now only boots up to a screen where Dr Fone prompts for sending in more money...

My iPhone XS ended up doing a reboot loop and after many YouTube videos, internet searches I was told about this website by family. I was wary about purchasing but I really didn't want to lose my images, I paid anyways. The software unfortunately didn't work for my issue and just kept failing. I did the online chat with customer service and requested for a refund due to the software not working for myself. They customer service advisor was very understanding and requested for proof. Which I did and they processed my refund straight away. If this worked it would be so worth it. I will use it again if I ever need too. However for my issue at the time it didn't work. I recently downloaded this app to unlock a phone. After I paid the $29.95 license fee, I found out that the phone I was trying to unlock was not on their list of compatible phones! I then asked for a refund only to be told that they couldn't issue a refund! They should have a list of compatible devices easily accessible on their website to verify PRIOR to scamming people out of money! TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM!
I bought phone eraser which didn't work for my phone because of broken screen, requested a refound the same day and didn't get it, but okay i should try it before buying it. I also bought data recovery program, when i downloaded the files all the images were corupted and I was unable to open it, again of course no refound. So point of the story DON'T RISK BUYING IT in very likely scenarion something goes wrong you won't get your money back.

Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix my phone, but I am so appreciative of them for not giving me a hard time in refunding me my money. They also provided troubleshoot at first to help me but of course I already tried everything. Received my refund in a very timely manner (thankfully as now I need to buy a new phone). IM sure the program will work for other phone problems but not for mine. If I ever run into problems again, I'll try this program first.
You need to make sure you back up as much as possible if transferring from Android to iPhone. Dr Fone's App is supposed to transfer complete Chat history and images.
It most definitely does not work and actually lost my back up by overwriting it in transfer process.
After several emails they did refund me but it was little compensation for losing my Chat History.
Their other Apps may work but this one definitely does not when it comes to tarnsferring from a Samsung Galaxy S7 to iPhone 12
I've downloaded the free trial to try to export the contacts numbuers from my Whatsapp conversations. It said downloads were avaliable only on the paid version.
I tried to find first on the website more informations about the files formats but then I saw "7 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEED". I read also the Terms and then I bought it to try it and, if it didn't worked, I could just ask for the money back.
First, they put a "Safe Download Insurance" in my cart (I didn't click on it, they just tossed it on my cart) and I removed it but then when I paid it, it has charged me for it anyway.
Then, after using the paid version - which didn't work for me, when I asked for the refund, they told me they couldn't accept cancellation by regrets and whatsoever. I am begging for the refund (it has been only a few hours that I purchased it) and they just won't do it.
Too bad I didn't look it up here on Sitejabber. I thought Wondershare was a trustworthy company.
I tried using this software to fix my phone but it ever worked. I was so dissapointed because I had pad for it. You should therefore note that this software cannot fix all phones. There ere are also some things that it cannot handle. Before you buy it you should be sure first.
UPDATE - the company contacted me after seeing this review and changed their mind and has now refunded my purchase in full. Thanks.

It didn't work to fix the software issue with my iphone 12 pro max. I was stuck in the "restore" screen and phone wouldn't change despite several reboots. I bought and tried Dr.Fone unsuccessfully and then I requested a refund within 24 hrs and was told I had a hardware issue when I clearly did NOT. I eventually went to the Apple store and they connected my phone to one of their laptops and I was out of the store within 45 mins and "SOFTWARE" problem fixed. Essentially they did exactly what Dr.Fone software claims to do but didn't work and the Apple store software was able to fix my issue and the phone works just fine now...and they did it for FREE. Don't waste your money on this product, and they will not issue a refund when it doesn't work.
