Ordered a part for my grandson. Once received the item didn't work out. He placed all items back in box and sent back. A week later I called to see about refund. I was told not all parts were in box. Grandson said yes they were. I called today and said just send back, I asked how much I needed to pay for postage. I don't know I'll have to call you back after I talk to shipping. We'll it's 4 hours later and still have heard NOTHING.
I guess the fault is partially mine i didn't read the fine print. The 10% first time buyers discount coupon doesn't actually apply to the vehicles they sell. There is a unclear hinting of the disclaimer in very very fine print at the bottom of the coupon. Also its a small company that probably fills hundreds of orders a day so no doubt they are very busy. The order for some shocks and a mini-bike was partially filled and shipped within 3 days. I received the Bike in under two weeks from TX to NC. In my case R&LCarriers were used to ship the bike. It was in good shape and the shipping cage was not bent anywhere. The driver was courteous and even pulled the package up the drive way and into my garage without me asking him to do so. I highly recommend R&L carriers if you have a choice. I received a phone call notifying me when they were in the area.
After buying a mega moto kit, suspension kit and battery box, I discovered a few fittment issues. Like the battery box they make and sell having no clearance from the chain. After several emails with zero response, I found my own way. If you expect any help with assembly, you will be disappointed. These guys are just a YouTube channel pushing Chinese products!
Hello, I am an aspiring engine builder, and minibike hobbyist. I recently ordered some 18 lb valve springs from GoPowerSports. USPS ended up messing up my address, so they sent it back, or so they said. Because I thought I wasn't getting my package, I ordered another pair of valve springs.
About a day later, the first package arrived at my door on schedule, and I had two more unneeded valve springs on their way.
I hastily sent an email to the Sales Support team, and not only did they completely refund the valve springs, but they let me keep both of the pairs for future builds! This company truly has the most helpful customer service I have ever interacted with.
They won't work with you, they won't answer you. They don't care about your money. They don't care about your problem. And you can't return anything, sounds like a scam to me I'll never order from them again. Good luck getting your money back if there is an issue because they simply will ignore or deny any request for return. To get my money back I had to go to my bank
Ordered a camshaft & springs from JAMIE on phone. Received parts camshaft didn't match my camshaft the bearing journals were different. Contacted GPS & JESUS sent another cam exactly like the 1st one. Sent both cams & springs back via USPS with the provided label. Now they say that they didn't receive even though my recipe shows. Delivered.
Brought my grandsons sea-doo spark to them for repairs. They did not know how to fix it or were unwilling to. Droped it off first on August 23. Went back to them August 26 still not working. Called twice got the runaround, same answer.Called September 8 not repaired. Called the last time September 19 they had not repaired it. Lots of BS. Picked it up the next day still in the same condition as it was when it was taken in for repairs. Go Powersports/ Go Elsewhere. Don
Made a sizable order around 600$ then I realized I needed to make a small change to the order not but a few hours after I placed it. They were unable to make the change. So I just canceled my order. I was able to find the same parts at much cheaper prices than Go power sports had.
I ordered and received a broken Tillotson 212, and have gotten ZERO COMMUNICATION any time I reach out.
I have sent TWENTY-FOUR emails and they responded immediately about easy fixes (unseated spark plug/smoking), but have received ONE response about the engine. When I realized I could no longer figure out why a brand new engine won't run, it has been radio silence.
I have never purchased from a least-communicative company in my life.
For a company who received $600 from a customer in a month, they must hate return-buyers. They have time to promote, shoot and edit great tutorial videos, but no time to communicate with customers.

I have recently ordered a pipe for my mini bike. First thing i have noticed is that the welds were too fat to have the bolts fit on them. Second the pipe i ordered from the website came very dirty and used! Id never believe id ever experience something as crazy as this. I dont even know what to say thats just one big shame from a shop in texas.
These people are absolutely great! I order a torque converter and some other engine mods and received everything but the belt was missing some teeth and they were so kind and sent me a brand new one without any issues. These guys are hands down the best! They sent me exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Will definitely be a return customer.
Great company. They have pretty much anything you'll need for your kart plus they have outstanding support. You can call and talk to an actual person with questions and they're always patient. The few times things weren't quite right they took care of them promptly with no problems. Their instructional videos are a huge bonus too. Thank you GoPowerSports!
I don't think I could buy parts from anyone else now. I got all the parts I ordered and in a very timely matter. They were all quality and fit my mini bike and predator engine perfect. When the bearings went bad on my torque converter, they sent me new ones. The bearings went bad again and they sent me two more! I didn't have to pay for shipping or anything and they came fast. Truly an outstanding company and they take care of their customers.
I order a header for my predator 212 hemi when it arrived to my place i opened it to see a rusty part but on the site looks new not even dirty but when i got it looked like if it's been in a backyard ridiculous new customer and will never order from there again i spoke to some idiot and he said i could paint it or return it like really
Once you've placed your online order and they've been paid, it's painfully obvious they couldn't care less. Their customer service is terrible. My last order was for 2 simple throttle cables, they charged me for 2 and then just sent one. Now it's my problem to approach them for a refund. A real vendor that cared wouldn't even make a customer have to ask, they would be empathetic to the fact that they charged you for something they didn't deliver and issue a refund. I will find another vendor in the future.
I called because I didn't know where to start. I talked to Aaron, I emailed him pics of what was broke and it took him 2 seconds to have the part numbers and everything I needed. He crushed it. Great service, parts were perfect!
I recently purchased a Trailmaster 150 XRX kart unassembled and had it shipped to me out of state. It arrived within two weeks. I assembled the kart with my grandson as a project. There were three issues that surfaced following the build that I needed assistance with. Two were factory electrical and one was mechanical having to do with the rear disk brake. Called and spoke with person on phone who said they would have knowledgeable person call me back next morning Didn't happen. Called back multiple times... no answer with voice mail full. Sent request for assistance message via website customer service request. No response for over two weeks. Bottom line, once they get your money they don't care about you as a customer. My advice is to find another entity to do business with.
