I downloaded the app the first time went through the process it didn't work the one that scan my documents it wouldn't take a picture of it it wouldn't do nothing I did everything that I could I uninstalled the app tried to get it over an hour I tried to get it to take a picture of my document and it wouldn't so I didn't manually then it was supposed to scan the chip and sat there for another 30 minutes or so and it wouldn't even scan it it kept saying still scanning if I can get it negative Stars I would
