This company is terrible. I asked for a refund because I didn't realize how the system works and it started downloading the wrong profile. I even told them they can see I didn't download anything from their site so they can know I'm not trying to rip them off. Lola kept giving me the jerk around and had me repeat myself over and over again. At the end she wouldn't issue my refund and wouldn't even give me a support ticket number so I can present it later to avoid doing the whole thing again. They are quick to take your money but jerk you around when you want a refund.
