I placed a pretty large order as I have 6 girls in my house and was charged twice. I contacted customer service never thinking they would tell me I placed both orders so they won't refund it. I never placed 2 orders. I had several glitches while trying to check out, but apparently I was lying because she said there are no glitches and would not discuss it. She told me to check my account as it will show both orders. There was one order placed today that was shown, not 2. I only received 1 email order confirmation. I showed her that through copy/paste and she wouldn't discuss it. She was incredible rude and it was a problem in their system. Too bad I didn't screen shot the error messages. I've had 3 simple problems in past orders that could have had an easy solution and their customer service was difficult and stressful. It should be fun to shop, not stressful wondering if their customer service is going to be polite and honest. I also asked for a copy of our chat transcripts and they repeated several times thanks for chatting without responding to that question and many other questions. In the end they agreed to cancel the duplicate order but making it clear I am the one that placed that order. I did not place 2 orders, yet it was still my fault. It was the worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. She took zero time to address my concerns. They deleted some of my questions in the chat history and also blocked me from chatting when I kept asking for a chat transcript. They never did send the chat record like they said they were going to do. No refund has been done. They also said they were canceling the one order I got the confirmation for. I posted a review on their fcebook page and now they blocked me after stating they addressed all my concerns. They out and out lied. I will never buy from them again. I've seen multiple cases of false advertising and addressed it once. They didn't expect me to have a screen shot. On a separate order placed last summer the dress I ordered was sewn wrong and when I contacted them they wanted me to try it on and prove what I was talking about. I didn't feel comfortable sending a picture of myself and they were incredible rude about it. I took the chance of sending it back even though they said they don't ever have dresses sewn wrong. I can't believe I jsut spent $460 there today. I will never wear their clothes because of my horrible experience today.
