I was a bit Leary being done by phone, but the presentation was done by PowerPoint on a laptop. So I could follow along.
My advisor made sure to collect all information. Listened to 'perks' I was wanting while informing of others I may not of realized were available. Along with making sure I would receive as much as I needed he also kept cost in mind.
I was emailed a copy of the used PowerPoint so I could review afterwards.
Even scheduled a follow up appointment to make sure I was good with decisions. At this second meeting, I did have questions &/or ideas. He took these into consideration as much as the first time.
I've had a very good experience with elite insurance. Last year there was a gentleman that helped me to get everything in order. This year I called and a lady answered. She said she could take care of my needs and she did so we got some extra insurance and dental insurance and Eye insurance.

We received amazing service from Mary in try to get John's Medicare Part B and his Aetna plan put together. This took several weeks and we appreciate all she and the staff did to get it completed.

I was upset because my documents did not arrive on time. I called the general 800 number and was lucky enough to get Gavin Williams. He took the time to listen to my problem and fix it. He called my provider with me on the line and then waited until the problem was resolved. Then, he called back 2 weeks later to check on my progress. That is 5 star service!
