Ordered online on the 15th at 8:00pm when completing the order states you will recieve a conformation email when order is ready for pickup. Well on 22nd I did receive such email. Then few min later received another stating my order canceled due to it was not picked up. So when I contacted customer service she told me my order was ready for pick up on the 15th. I said but I placed the order on the 15th and was never told it was ready AND the store closes at 9pm I placed the order at 8pm so this was not my fault. This is what I received.

Now Im pissed i would have let it go but i felt they were blowing smoke up my butt. This wasnt my mistake it was THEIRS. I wanted to know what NY and Co was going to do about their mistake. Reason being what I ordered was at a much lower price. To go back and re-order I would be paying double. Plus i still cant get over them telling me my order was ready same day when the store closed an hour later AND I was WASNT notified...
