I did a transaction TRANSACTION OF RS. 6855 vide: BILLDESK ORDER #EPT*******715.
This was for multiple order at EBAY. Now due to cancellation of an order, Ebay has refunded part of the amount i. E. RS. 6151. 20 back to my paytm wallet.
I also have enclosed the confirmation from ebay about the Refund of the Amount!
My issue is the Refunded amount of Rs. 6151. 20 from Ebay has not been credited to my PAYTM Wallet.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We understand that your transaction was not successful however, the amount was deducted from your account. We've reviewed and noticed that the recharge was unsuccessful due to an issue with wallet.

We have already initiated the transfer of INR 80 to your bank. The bank may take 3-10 working days (and sometimes even more) to show this money in your account/card.

If, there is any further delay in receiving the refund, please check once with your bank quoting the refund reference number *******809.
