Reservation Desk

I would never use this company again - they were unable to flex my dates and allow me to cancel. Cancelling an existing reservation does not reimburse the charged rates + fees. This company is a scam. Buyer beware.

This company is the most scummy, disgusting company I've ever had to deal with. They booked me in a different city and won't let me change the reservation when the reason I booked a certain hotel was to be close to the hospital as I am due to give birth to my son who has multiple severe congenital heart defects. On top of that, when booking I told the agent I get a discount because I'm meant to be at the Ronald McDonald house but they're at full capacity, the agent said that gets dealt with at check in which is just incorrect. The lack of discount is annoying but we would've still stayed at the hotel given it was the right location. It is sick what these companies get away with and how little they want to help. I hope this company fails as everyone who works for it is just as scummy as the people who put the "rules and regulations" in place.

Besides the outrageous nightly rate due to parents weekend it was a positive online reservation experience. Location is perfect especially that weekend 🥰

The front staff was very helpful in allowing us to have use of a table to serve our family supper. They went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. The pool was clean and fun for the grand kids. This will be our go to hotel.

Efficient but sterile, for $400 a night I would have liked to have had a happy voice say "Glad you're going to stay with us!" I'll choose more carefully next time. If I need human welcome I'll go to a Motel 6 and talk to a desk clerk. My fault entirely.

Very easy to access and navigate, all the information is right there so calling the hotel line is not necessary. Received confirmation email within minutes.

It was quick. I did not receive a confirmation via email, but I did receive it by Text. If when I arrive tomorrow my room is reserved as requested the experience will have been fine. The charges are showing on my account so I'm assuming everything will be fine.

I was looking to book a room for a big event but going directly through the hotel website was almost $900. Reservation Desk was affordable and easy to use. I got my confirmation email and receipt immediately. I'll definitely use their service again.
