I had purchased this product in February 2016, Security Reviver. Each attempt to resolve the issue was handled with updated revision, none of this caused me to have a health copy of the download. Each time I downloaded the revision, my antivirus software detected Trojan Gen. 2 viruses errors. After 2 months of dealing with this issue, I request a refund, or another different product. I was told the I could not have a refund. I was ready to report them to the better business bureau. After telling them this in an email, my purchased was refunded.
