Terrible service that isn't open even though they advertise they are!
April 16, 2023

Bought an electric scooter ($1,400+) including having it assembled and delivered.
When it arrived the right mirror was broken, even though it was strapped into a plywood shipping crate. This shows they don't quality check deliveries before shipment as there was no damage to the shipping container when received.

When I uncrated, I couldn't get the seat storage compartment open. Called "Service" and they weren't open even though it was 11am on a Friday morning. They advertise being open for service from 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. Also, scooter wouldn't function except the lcd screen...would not move.

Asked if there was some sort of manual/video that explained the functions of the 2 keys and the key-fob for the scooter. Sales person had no clue and, again, told me I had to call back on Monday.

I did get a call back form the Customer Service Manager. He agreed the mirror will be replaced. Asked about instruction manual for the scooter and said it didn't have one but he "knew" everything about the model and could help me.

Asked about buttons on the fob and he was unaware of 3 of the 4 buttons because he "Never uses it". So much for knowing everything. Asked why it wouldn't operate. He said the front light assembly is keeping the brakes from disengaging. Asked if they tested the scooter before shipment and he said they "always do". If so, they why isn't it working. I paid $250 for assembly and because I don't have tools anymore (recently retired and moved cross country) but he told me that, effectively it was my responsibility to buy tools and fix it myself, even though I paid for assembly! Outrageous!

He then proceeded to hang up on me when he decided to go tae another phone call!

Complete waste of time and I am completely regretting the purchase, especially wasting the $250 for assembly which was a complete failure! Also, the "service" they tout ends, in my experience with the Customer Service Manager was, "If you don't like it, too bad! Read the Terms and conditions!

Avoid this company and the Wizzer E-Bike if you don't want scammed!

Tip for consumers:

Never buy or deal from this company. complete scammers in my opinion.

Don't spend your money with them you'll be disappointed
July 3, 2022

Do not buy from these people. They sold me a scooter and it came in damaged. I've been patient for over 7 months waiting for them to get me the parts. They sent me some parts but they were for the wrong scooter. I've been patient but as I told them I'm no longer maker there finance payments on a scooter that arrived in an unusable condition. I. did not even register it because of the damage on the scooter. I've communicated yo them numerous times being as patient as possible. Now they through me into there Collections department so I'm dealing with them. Hey if all goes well you might get a usable scooter. But in my case do not expect any support moving forward just headaches so. Buyer be aware of what you are entering into.

I tried calling 3 times and never got anywhere to where someone would help me out. Just a bunch of phone transfers...

I finally got through and they offered me 150 dollars back as I explained to them the scooter that they sold me arrived totally damaged on the front of the unit and is not drivable at all. This is what they sell they should take it back and replace it. Simple as that. They cannot get the parts at all according to my phone call. They do not have a return policy so I would NEVER buy a unit as if it comes delivered damaged they cannot get the parts you through your money out the window, they way I see if just one person decides not to buy from them I feel my review is worth it...

I want to thank everyone according to google that over 5000 people read my review. I wonder how much business they lost. Seems one bad review can make a difference. They were supposed to call me back over 2 weeks ago and they couldn't even do that. DONT BUY YOU WILL REGRET IT no matter how much fun and excitement you think you may get. It will fade fast very fast especially like me that they sold a unit that cannot be driven at all. You'll end up spending over 2 thousand dollars for a piece of junk sitting in you garage or out in the street. Save your money and buy local if I had to do it all over again I'd look at a Honda Grom.

Story continues. I spoke to parts and warranty person who stated I just need to wait been over a year and I have a not usable scooter and I just need to wait it's not there fault they kept telling me it's China and the pandemic. Just excus after excus. If they wanted to make it right. I would have split the dealer cost with them on the current scooter and disposed of it and I would have ordered a new one which I think would have been fair for both sides. Instead he was mad and said it's not their fault and I needed to wait. I asked if I could speak to someone else like the person who claims to be the owner who wants to make things right... but it us their choice but I wanted the reader of this post to know I truly wanted to be fair to them but they refused... so the review stays up but they know who I am and the owner could reach out to to me... they know my number... to bad they are that way...

Poor Customer Service and *FEE* for restocking items not in stock and not shipped
June 24, 2022

I placed order April 25,2022 and promptly paid for items, expecting shipping of 7-14 days. I subsequently contacted the company requesting shipping updates and was told it could take 21 days. I later inquired about a refund for items not in stock and can't be shipped. My order was then canceled by seller with a promise of a refund in 30 days minus a $600 restocking fee.? For items that are out of stock and can't be shipped? I again contacted seller and was again told that my refund would be sent in 30 days, minus the $600 fee. As of May 25,2022 I still do not have a refund. ** Upon further research I discover an Attorney General Action against Great Sports and Saferwholesale dating back to March 17,2015. Titled "MADIGAN SUES ONLINE RETAILER FOR FRAUD, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES." https://illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/pressroom/2015_03/*******.html

Tip for consumers:

NOT RECOMENDED.
Mar 2015 MADIGAN SUES ONLINE RETAILER FOR FRAUD, DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES
In the event they cannot ship an items due to out of stock, etc, they STILL charge hefty restocking fee EVEN when items not in stock and they cannot ship. My fee was $600 with a promise of a refund in 30 days and as of May 25, 2022 I still do not have any refund.

Do NOT buy here, you WILL regret it! Read carefully
July 13, 2021

In March of this year 2021 I wanted to buy my family a Golf Cart for in town use and fun. I choose a cart off of Safer Wholesale.Com. I regret every bit of this transaction now and report that "Safer" is the last thing you will find if you too choose to deal with these guys. I spoke to a guy named Craig, very nice, ordered a cart and paid my money. I opted for the assemble myself option because i like to work on things. Saved a hundred bucks or so. Waited 5 weeks and had to call often to get updates. And once you call, be prepared to grow spider webs off your body on hold. Craig was consistently "less nice" now when I talked to him, shedding responsibilities. His true intentions now out there. Finally I was told the trucking company would call me. They did and a nice truck driver deliver my partially assembled cart in great condition. I saw no damages. I started un-crating it and immediately saw that the white hood was scratched. There was no evidence that trucking did this as there was noting that could scratch it like it is. Little later I found a large plastic under panel cracked to pieces. BUT the main thing I needed was the ASSEMBLY instructions. This cart was in many pieces, more than than other motorcycles, carts and dirt bikes I ordered from other companies. Those sellers supplied assembly instructions. I called Safer Wholesale, transferred to Jon. Jon says " oh no we don't supply assembly instructions, we ask that you have a mechanic put it together". He said the guys in his shop just know how to put them together and don't have instructions. Well I AM a mechanic, welder, electrician, worked 41 years Refinery Operations, maintenance and a lot more and I have never heard of a "NO Instruction" assembly plan sold by a company for a vehicle that is supposed to be street legal, driven by families with children, and SAFE. All those several hundred bolts, clips, brackets, panels, seat belts, and everything a gasoline driven vehicle has, must go in a proper place at a proper torque and proper orientation to satisfy the designers intentions. But Jon tells me - "nope, no instructions."

It took me about 4 days but I put i together best I could. Had some nuts and bolts left over, and a parts bag of clips, springs and balls. I asked Jon where do these go? Jon says, nobody knows where they go, just throw them out, probably something intended for another product and they placed it in there by mistake. WOW! All these pictures are included here folks.
I filled out the broken panel form and the scratched hood forms. Jon told me to get an estimate to paint the scratched hood. Took me a week or so but I did, but Jon said " No we ain't gonna pay 350 bucks to paint a hood on this golf cart" Jon wasted my time. Said he was going to get me one, never did! On the under panel, Jon suggested " just leave that off anyway, most people do. You don't need it" I told him I want it on there as intended, by design. The Engineers thought it best to have it there, I want it there Jon. Said he was going to get me one, never did. Its now 13-June-2021 and nothing - no calls, no replacement parts, no plan for when they will arrive, nothing. IF I stop pursuing this they would be happy. I suspect this is happening to a lot of customers. This is a LOT of money to pay for service that is non existent.
A lawsuit of improperly installed components resulting in injury or worse due to lack of provided Safer Wholesale.com assembly instruction format would gain some attention. You Tube silly video salesman would have to repent.
Safer wholesale needs to do the right thing and treat customers with respect from all angles. They need to man up and deliver broken or damaged parts on time, quickly. They need to supply assembly instructions for a SAFE build of the product and use on the street... Rather than take your money and hope you go away.

Tip for consumers:

Shop around for better customer service than the one I currently am dealing with - You will not regret it.
