Trevor@ Sezzle corporation requested illegal information and no manager called to discuss!

First off I have been with Sezzle for awhile and have a good credit line with them - But I will say please don't use them stay away and use Afterpay, Pay by 4, and even Affirm, - I had some issues and asked for hardships as my mother had a stroke that left her partially paralyzed in a wheel chair, not to mention during the pandemic I lost one of my jobs, and I live in Orlando where the rent market sky rocketed so outrageous but with all this being said I asked for help as hardship and I have to admit they did help some, and I requested just (1) more push of my payments because of these issues plus I take care of my mother --- I requested just one more hardship (letter below) and this low life piece of whatever you want to call him his name is Trevor and probably not even from the USA as most of the customer service agents are not to begin with so when you call you get broken English, and those who just read scrips and repeat themselves. But I guess this is what our customer service has come to - But my point is they let Trevor email me and ask me for proof that my mother had a stroke which is illegal as that is HIPPA privacy and does not have to be documented. I was nice and sent a photo of my wheel chair bound mother and he than writes back says it was not sufficient enough to help me- I have requested now (5) times for management to contact me and talk about this problems --- They are allowing this agent Trevor to send these types of emails and request this information - Sezzle is so rude, and awful and I am sending all correspondence to the corporate office and let everyone on all social media platforms know my experience- I owe them 500 dollars and they won't help me - now I am going to be late on my payments and they are going to tack on late charges, and say they are there to help others which is a big lie --- The customer service sucks, now they are charging other fees for different levels to get to better options of stores (ridiculous) - Please work with me and pass this review on and hopefully Trevor either gets more training or even terminated. HE should not be able to out right request such sensitive information and Sezzle not want to talk about this or even care that it's illegal and such information can cause law suits to the company behalf of Trevor which I am looking into many options what can be done. I will attach the letters he wrote to me and how he was rude in condescending way about helping with anyone. And management has not contacted me which is worse so I am sending a letter to corporate and see if anyone there would like to discuss this problems and who they hire to be able to speak and corresponds to customers in this way.

I will be speaking with some my mothers Dr. and some other outlets to see what can be done legally and to see if Trevor will be punished in anyways due to his outrageous requests and correspondence.

I am going to work on trying to pay off my account, my mother is 81, had a stroke that left her partially paralyzed from a stroke, lost her husband, fell off our porch and broke her back which is reconstructed with a metal cage and rods, had a massive heart attack and had a quad bi pass surgery, is in stage 3 kidney disease, and encountered Covid 19 My sister and I take care of her as much as we can to keep her home and for all she has going on and been through she tries to be joyful and keep her spirits high - I ran into some financial problems and asked Sezzle for only 1 more hardship push to let me catch up they did help in the past but this representative was extremely wrong. I see Trevor has no heart, and Sezzle company does not seem to either to allow these reps to do whatever they want and request sensitive info. Talk about a Grinch for the holidays. I hope if he ever encounters problems with anything no matter what it is I do hope he gets more help and more understanding and courtesy than he choose not to give to me -
