Hi very happy and thank you very much. Could I please be advised as to when I will receive my ticket and also, why is it showing no bags? When I booked it was one cabin bag and one check in bag. Please come back to me.

This was my first time ever purchasing a ticket through SmartFares. Price, easy website navigation, and purchasing experience were all good. HOWEVER, a rep started to call the day after to sell me their insurance. She called three times and asked if I would like to purchase the protection insurance. To be clear, that option was already available when I was purchasing the ticket, so I would have bought it if I felt it was necessary. There was no need for three extra marketing phone calls.

Booking with SmartFares was honestly smooth as hell. Found a dope price that beat all the other sites I checked. The process was mad simple, no weird hidden fees or anything sketchy. Got my confirmation fast, and everything was good to go for my trip. Customer service hit back quick too when I had a question. Would def use it again when I travel next time.

So far it has been easy to navigate your website. They followed up with us by phone, mostly to see if we would like the insurance. But were courteous about our choice. We are just waiting for the tickets to arrive in our email box. It did say it could take up to 72 hours since we booked on the weekend. If things continue to progress as expected, we will highly recommend SmartFares.

I have bought the ticket. The next day I received a message saying that the booking didn't go through.
After writing and writing to your operators I received today confirmation for my flight.
Creating a lot of issues with hotels and car rentals in both sides of the this trip.
First time in 35 years of travelling that this happened. I hope the next time will be better!

After paying for my tickets, I was told that I would have to pay an extra $350 for the baggage to complete the purchase. I complained about the unexpected extra payment, so you reduced it to $216. Still, you should have mentioned that this is a mandatory extra payment before I made the purchase.

Simple to use so far. My only concern was that I was quoted a price in NZ dollars and charged one that was higher. I suspect that because it really charges US dollars that the exchange rate used in the quote was different from the actual exchange rate. I don't have a seat assignment yet nor was there anyway to specify a vegetarian meal on the long haul section of the trip. These are going to cause me to search out how to do these things (and will probably cost me money for the seat.) hence the 3 stars.

I actually went on Cheaplights' web page, but ended up paying Smart Fares without leaving Cheapflights. After credit card payment was stopped, Smart Fares submitted another request for payment and it was paid. No one answered my phone call to Smart Fares but Truecaller showed it was a number in Rwanda.
Who can trust a company whose emails are signed by someone who calls himself "Sitejabber"?
The price of R22 500 appeared on my bank statement as R24 500! How do you do it?

I should have known it was too good to be true...

Booked international flights through SmartFare and received confirmation that my flights were booked. I was then able to find my record on the airline's website and select seats. So, all seems to be in order for now.

I was looking for a flight below 800 euro with one stop. All flight where above and the only available one was two stops at 778 euros. I decided to take it even though I didn't want two stops but I made do because of my budget. To my disappointment I was debited 828 euros for the flight instead of the 778 euro. I am really upset because I could have paid that amount for a one stop flight with Qatar air instead of two stops on different flight. I definitely won't be using smart fares again.

So reliable and a very good deal. At first I did not trust the website. But I took the risk and everything went well.
The second time I gained confidence because I traveled without any stress and all my bookings were straight.

Everything was perfect until I realized that the software won't let me submit the survey without the minimum of 50 words.

I was nice and easy to book my tickets. So I have booked my flight ticket through smart fare it's cheap also easy to book... it's helping us who don't have enough money for booking
