"1 star" is toooooo, way tooooooo much forgiveness to a company, TENNIS EXPRESS, which "dropped the ball, on the balls" they were supposed to deliver, using a third party (UPS is an excellent company, but they are NOT at fault in this particular case) to finalize their deliveries (which are also "disguised with WEIGHT as a factor, negating the FREE DELIVERY promise when you, blah, blah blah)... sorry, do not want to bore you with incidentals, when the main problem is... LACK OF CUSTMER SERVICE!
Why was there a lack of customer service?... because they, TENNIS EXPRESS didn't care... they didn't care to call and advise there were problems in the shipping, weather, of whatever,... they didn't ADVISE! CARE!... but now, since you've cost me the expense of a simple product that was needed for an benefit event, that had been scheduled for a "specific date" inviting personalities, involved in the charitable event.
And yes, we have notified the BBB corresponding where their office is located to file a problematic claims complaint, that is being followed up by our legal team for litigation purposes against TENNIS EXPRESS. MAT
