A three time James Beard Celebrity Chef tour veteran, he has been on TV and online performing at private events surrounding the Primetime Emmys, Grammys, Oscars, and from inside the homes of entertainment's biggest stars. Chef first gained notoriety with his Seattle-based coffees which landed him a partnership with Seattle Seahawks / Sounders FC.
