I deal with a lot of fake people in my lines of work. I've watched scams unfold, deals made and broken, money laundered, (etc.)
I'll say one thing about all that experience: I hate being lied to. Poorly, I'll add. If you're going to scam someone, at least know what you're doing and not seem obvious. I think this site is more helpful than it appears to be, personally.
