Sorry to hear that, Things happen. Nothing is 100%. Unless it's a persistent or frequent issue, cut them a break.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and can NEVER answer your questions. I always got the same BS answer from them that they would get a rep to call me back. I truly believe this company is a bunch of SCAMMERS!

That is the start of my problem with a product I received last week but did not come with all advertised parts. They are refusing return because it is freight.
