I didn't get a refund I bought a new set, they discounted the new set as a favor.

Personally in general, too long, but that happens. It took me 6 months to get a refund from my State. My insurance company took 6 weeks reimburse me a simple claim. Good that you voiced your situation. Hold tight, most likely they are doing their best.

I have yet to get a refund because they are trying to charge a 20% restocking fee.

I never got a refund for the item. I am having my credit card dispute the purchase. I had to provide them emails and proof. It will still take my credit company about 30 days. This is real unfortunate
