I like Scan because the Sales staff are extremely knowledgable and the procurement process is stress free and smooth. Prices are as low or lower than competition and postage as cheap as the cheapest but more importantly Scan has obviously invested in staff and processes so I really enjoy ordering from them because as a home user I can move from desire to anticipation to easily and as a business user I need to have absolute clarity about the procurement process.

The prices, but the prices aren't even worth the hassle Scan provide, just pay £15 more for a product and enjoy the proper next day delivery and actual customer service.
