Very difficult to cancel and/or change settings on subscription. It charged a card I used back in 2017 and I didn't want to use that card and I still haven't found a way to update my subscription to the right card and/ or cancel it. The "virtual assistant" is useless.
I did auto plan and tried to cancel but was hours late (on vacation). Ok, my bad. Then cancelled and returned following shipment on Feb.21,2023. Got refund May 27,2023. Really? I've tried SO MANY different diet drinks and foods over the years. But this stuff, I Can NOT even drink a half glass. I tried 3 flavors. No way. It's like flavored CHALK. OMG. Good luck getting your money back too!

I have ordered before on subscription with no issue, but fell off the bandwagon. I decided to start back up. This time around I still haven't been sticking with it and had slowed the amount of product I needed. 310 does not send any reminders that your auto ship is coming up, they just send you an email saying you have been billed for it. I literally attempted to cancel it within an hour of receiving this email only to be told I couldn't. I was told they pride themselves on fast shipping and as such the order was already being processed… still didn't get it for 4 days but whatever. When I went to open the package there is no return slip. I had to jump through a million hoops to get a return initiated, in which the rep offered to refund me a partial credit of 30% to keep the items. I told her no, I wanted a return and refund - I already have more here than I need. They inform you that you also have to pay for shipping which is a joke, considering I tried to cancel the items before they were even picked for shipping. Additionally, there is no place online to cancel your subscription. The website says you can cancel by calling or emailing. When you call it tells you to email and when you email it tells you to call. It's very frustrating. They expect you to just give up so they can have your money and not worry about refunding you. Also, they have had my return for over 2 weeks and I have not received a refund, and cannot get a hold of a customer service representative. Sounds like it's time to discuss misuse of my card to the bank.
I have just ordered 2 boxes lemonade and 2 boxes shakes. The starter packs I received were good. However when trying the ginger cayenne lemonade I found was too spicy. The milkshakes were good. Prices are a little expensive but if I can lose enough weight, hopefully it will be worth it.
I had purchased the starter pack and I am far from impressed. The powder that did mix was gritty and honestly did not taste very good. It also had a strange aftertaste. I tried the chocolate and mixed it with chocolate milk as I had with others in the past. It didn't mix well and thickened up to the point where I needed to add water to even drink it. I'm glad it was a starter pack because I will not be purchasing a larger bag.
First-there is a gritty-like texture even when blended. Second-horrible aftertaste. Lastly the artificial sweetener is awful! Won't be buying again. The 3 I had left went right in the garbage. And what is that round plastic thing that came inside the shaker for? No instructions whatsoever. It also took quite a while to arrive.
Honestly, there are much better products for less out there.

I added the 310 vanilla to my usual smoothie recipe and it tastes awful. I tried it with plain water as well to make sure it was the drink mix and it definitely is. The mix tastes artificial, has a terrible aftertastes and only mixes well if blended in a blender. Otherwise it is grainy and clumpy and unpleasant. I can't imagine how anyone would say this drink mix tastes great unless their preference is for strong artificial aftertastes and grainy textures rather than smooth. Definitely would not recommend.
I will no longer waste my money on these products. I've purchased 3 different bags (chocolate and toasted coconut) that have been over populated with these white chunks that don't break down and are down right disgusting. The last and final bag I will ever purchase I put it in a flour sifter to try and get them out so I could still drink it, but that didn't work as the small chunks fell through. I've asked on the Facebook page if anyone can recommend how to mix it to break them down, but they BLOCK anything somewhat negative about their products to make them look as if they are flawless. Don't waste your money on these product. Totally not worth it!
Hi everyone, I'm Maria Valbuena and I've been a customer of 310 for awhile now and have even recommended friends to help them sell their products. I ordered a new vanilla cake organic flavor shake mixture they were promoting and said was good so thinking it would taste good I ordered some, well I got my box yesterday morning and to be honest, it tastes like cake batter- not good at all. I spent 67.00 on a box of 24 so I called them to explain my situation how it wasn't good and I only had used one, and I needed to exchange it for the vanilla flavor, always a Winner and after speaking to two employees still, now they are making me wait till I return it - oh ya I gotta pay shipping to return it also and they receive it before they send me back the replacement not caring about Me and My diet and all the hard work I've put in to changing my life and bodies appearance… pretty sad. So if you are serious about your diet - better not make a mistake with these people- cause they don't care about You or any of your Goals or diet as long as they get your money in their account. Bad business practices for people with desire's to look great. Just saying. 0 Star's From Me!
Way too expensive and lacks essential vitamins minerals and calories to be an actual meal replacement. Also none of the flavors taste good. They taste like the slim fast ones. Just chalky. I will not be buying more.
I didn't like the shakes they were bitter and chalky. The lemonades were also bitter these products are very very expensive. I was very disappointed but glad I got the try all bundle. The teas I haven't tried yet. I just expected more for the price tag.
I had to contact the company and Bridgett was my customer representative. Very nice, handled my issue and resolved it for me. Great customer service is hard to find but she did good. Thanks

Ordered, paid. Product did not show up on as promised. Called 800 number. Of course get a foreigner. Deth gave numerous excuses, she LIED and said the tracking number changed. I asked for BOTH numbers. Well the new number was EXACTLY the first number. She lied. She said no supervisor was available to talk to me because it was the weekend. She also said although I was provided a specific date they actually have more days to deliver.
I hung up and immediately called back. I got a different worker who confirmed my tracking number NEVER changed,, AND he passed me to a supervisor. Outsourcing is always a nightmare. I find the lack of truth adversely affects the business. I will await my products. I will find another company who cares about who it customers are stuck with when an issue arises!

I bought the starter pack and it tasted sooo bad I try it with different fruits and it wasnt good at all... I posted a comment on Facebook about how bad it was and I got blocked from their page i guess they dont care about others bad experience with their product sometimes I feel many of those positive views are just actors or being pay for!

I ordered 2 of the starter kits for $9.00. When I placed the order, the website timed out, however I received a text alert that my debit card was authorized for $24.99. Without any further information, I called the help number to see if my order was placed. It wasn't and I was offered to place my order over the phone so I did and received another authorization on my card for $26.99 this time, tax included. I was told that the first charge would fall off since they're pending charges. I look at my bank account today (2 days later) and BOTH charges have posted. I contact support via chat which was no help. Their solution was to dispute the charge with my bank and then they offered this..."Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund because we are only showing one charge in our system. You have the option to cancel the order or return the product when you receive it. We can place another order and apply a discount for your troubles but we will not be able to issue a refund in this case." I told them no, I will not have my card charged a third time without receiving any products. My bank told me I have to shut down my card in order to dispute the charges since it's a debit card. So now here I am, out $52, bank card shut down and no products. If I ever receive my products, I will NOT be ordering from them again.

I will never order from this company again I got two orders and was very happy with the product but due to the lack of customer service I will never buy from this company again they lost my order they can't replace my money for two weeks but before this I received to my orders and magically lost my address when I asked to pay for more money for my shipping to come quicker because what's the point of being on a diet without drinking the shakes once a day at least I've been well I shake now for a whole week and they told me that there's no way for me to pay more money for shipping and that I have to wait another week

Furthermore, once an order has been processed, there is no way for our system to add charges to cover expedited shipping; this option is made available at the time of your order placement.

Thank God I only purchased the starter kit. I paid an extra $13 for 2 day shipping and I didn't get it until 5 days later... Only to find out they don't ship on the weekends which is very strange. They refunded me only half of the shipping cost when I asked repeatedly for them to just cancel and refund me, and they wouldn't do that. Very annoyed with the customer service, they didn't solve my problem, it was as if she just didn't want to hear my complaint. She sounded like a broken record so I just decided to agree with everything she was saying just so I could get off the phone. When I finally got the product 5 days later, I was so excited to try it out and it tasted so horrible I literally spit it out in my kitchen sink... I'll just stick with Herbalife
