Bought metal bar stools recently. They're stylish, comfortable, and fit our bar area perfectly, just as suggested from their sales agent. Delivered a week after ordering. They exceeded my expectations with quality furniture, fast delivery, and great salespeople.
The delivery of our order, which included 48 wood ladder back chairs with a walnut finish and black vinyl upholstered seats, along with 6 quickship booths, took longer than we expected based on the quote we got. However, we were consistently updated throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. Despite this delay the company's customer support was exceptional. We encountered a few minor hiccups, but we were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and dedication to ensuring our satisfaction. The staff, particularly Juliana, were polite and patient, and respectful during all of our interactions. It is evident that they prioritize their customers' needs and work to ensure that orders are as smooth and stress-free as possible, even when unexpected issues arise such as delayed deliveries.
We bought chairs and tables that look great in our restaurant from Affordable Seating. They're well-made and look better than I thought they would. Also, the sales team is simply outstanding, very polite and knowledgeable people work here. But the delivery took a little longer than planned.

Our pizzeria now has new bar and dining furniture from restaurant furniture net. Our order was roughly $12,000 (we purchased chairs, tables, bar stools, booths, patio tables, and patio seats). Order tracking was simple, and the metal x back outdoor chairs they advised were a brilliant choice. Ideal for unexpected crowds at peak hours. From order to delivery they nailed it in terms of speed and service. Although delivery took a few days longer, this was not an issue for us.

While their packaging ensured no damages during transit, the delivery took an unexpected four-week delay compared to what we were quoted. Bought mixed furniture so I can give a excellent comment that everything I bought is top-notch commercial grade furniture. Sales rep that I spoke to was very nice. Delivery was a bit late, 8 days to be precise. Bought tables (table tops and table bases) from them and they look and feel durable. If the delivery was on time I would have rated you better. I hope next time I order it won't be delayed.

I placed an order for a chair. It came with the legs attached extremely unevenly, leaving them wide open to fill with debris. I contacted Affordable Seating and they were apologetic for the manufacturer defect and said I would be refunded and returning the chair was not necessary. I waited, no refund. I reached out and began corresponding with Eric, he says they offer no refunds because I bought a single chair and it is typical for single items to be damaged in shipping… what does that even mean?
These folks do not stick to their policies or their word.
I do mot recommend doing business with them.
Ordered 80 metal patio chairs on their site and they arrived 5 days later. Packaging was OK, courier company called to check when someone will be at the address. Easy 5 stars from me!
We had a problem with our order. The quantity was not correct, but the customer support team did an excellent job of fixing it. We have waited a few days for them to call back and let us know about the delivery date. Took 2 weeks longer but the overall buying experience is good. They were extremely professional and courteous.
