They delayed shipment and then since we weren't home they returned the item and kept the money. Don't trust them. They will take your money and send nothing
Overpriced, selection is stuff you can get from local beer place, when I was not home for a shipment customer service was extremely disappointed and made it fault.

They had to be reminded to send the first shipment, which came half frozen. The second never arrived, no notification from the shipping company. Tried to charge me to resend. F that, we're done. I don't do business with amateurs.
My son was kind enough to get us a membership in the movie club of amazing clubs. For approximately $40 per shipment you get a coupon for a Redbox rental. That means you have to know enough to sign up to Redbox find, find the location, and pick up your movie for a one night rental. The candies and popcorn they throw in may be the equivalent of $10. They make a profit of $30 every shipment. Not only is that exorbitant there is no value to this experience since Redbox is only limited to those that are available digitally. Totally worthless experience.
My wine was scheduled to arrive the last week of each agreed upon shipping month and as time went by the arrival date was slowly pushed forward into the following month, later and later… not to mention how cheap and undrinkable the wine was. Poor quality, not good value.
I was given a subscription for beer of the month. Because of the courier they use, the shipment would not be completed in November because I work full time and could not sign for it. When I tried to pick it up, they (ups) refused to give me the package or tell me where it was and they returned it. UPS then offered to hold future shipments at a local branch for me to pick up with an ID. Amazing clubs refunded me for the returned package and I set up for future deliveries to go to the local hub for me to pick up. This worked in January, but in February, without notice, that ups hub rejected and returned my package without permission. Amazing clubs is refusing to refund me for this shipment despite multiple attempts and no way for me to receive these goods paid for. I need a refund.
I ordered a 3 month beer subscription as a birthday gift. Never received the first shipment, they used some random currier service, not Fed Ex or UPS. When I called, they said they would re-ship it and have a supervisor call or email me. Great! But that never happened, so I had to call again and oh wait, they tagged the reshipment on to the end of 3 month subscription so now I have to wait 3 months for it. Then the 2nd month shipped, with a different random currier, tracking says it was delivered but it's not here. Customer service is very nice, and they were able to cancel my subscription and make sure future payments would not be charged, however they could not refund the 2 payments charged that I never received. So once again I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me. If they don't call or refund me, I'll be sure to update my review. But either way, I'm never using them again and would not recommend them to anyone
Bottles say 750ml on the label. The 2 on the left are from amazing clubs. The one on the right, that is actually 750ml. What a difference. For $50 a month! Wow. What a rip off. Will never purchase again.
This is the most expensive worse club I have ever seen. They send skimpy arrangements; similar flowers of low quality every delivery. Extremely disappointed; would strongly advise against sending this to anyone you like!
We've been sending our holiday gifts with Amazing Clubs since we first discovered them way back in 2012. During that time we've gifted many of their clubs including wine, beer, flowers, chocolate, coffee, ice cream, and for Christmas 2021, their Cupcake of the Month Club. In all of these years we can honestly say that we've been delighted with both the quality and value of their offerings and, most importantly, the way they treat us as customers. In today's world, it's a rarity to find a company that does what it says and that truly values their customers. Amazing Clubs is the exception and we will continue to be loyal customers for many year to come!

FedEx lost my fourth and final wine shipment for a month. When I call FedEx they tell me they can't do anything. I called the amazing club, talked to an agent who was great. He listened, checked my details, saw the tracking information and volunteered to send the gift back immediately. Professional and very helpful and their service was excellent!
After reading the good reviews, I decided to get a 6-month subscription as a gift for our son. He enjoys visiting local wineries and tells me all about his visits so I thought he might enjoy this. It was a hit and I will use this service again for others.
The deliveries always arrive on time and are of very high quality. We've use them twice so far (wine and chocolate) and have been very pleased. Both gifts have resulted in compliments from our recipients.
I called to correct an error I had made when placing a gift order and spoke with Martha. Even though I did not have the order number she located it and fixed my mistake. The process took only a few minutes and was very easy.

Was looking for a unique Christmas gift for my wife and stumbled across Amazing Clubs. She loves white wine and they offered a 3 month program where each month she would receive two bottles of white wine. I must admit I was hesitant about this, thinking that the quality/selection they sent might not be what I hoped for, and not up to her standards. Went ahead and took a chance anyways. We just received the final shipment of 2 bottles. I must say that the whole experience has been very positive. Each of the 6 bottles she received was from a different region in the world and included with it was a sheet that told all about the wine, the region, flavors etc. Very nice. It came well packaged, and always arrived the last week of the month as promised. They also kept me informed about shipping details etc.
Loved it so much that I took out a new 3 month subscription for one white and one red.

I had an issue with a delivery and had to call customer service. The nice girl who answered the phone was very polite and handled my issue quickly and painlessly. As an employer myself, I judge a company on the quality of their customer service and I rate Amazing Clubs 5 stars! If I could rate 10 starts I would!

Our flower club is very popular and gets rave reviews so we were surprised to see yours. From looking at your photo, it's obvious that you've just opened your delivery and haven't given your flowers a chance to bloom as we can see at least 12 closed buds that haven't yet opened. Because we deliver tropical arrangements that ship direct from Hawaii and Costa Rica, we ship everything pre-bloom for maximum freshness and to prevent damage. Please put your flowers in water and wait for 24-48 hours and you'll see our deliveries are anything but skimpy. Thanks again for your review.
