No way to get in touch with seller to get return authorization. If you're lucky enough to figure out how to get one I understand you only get a portion of your money refunded and have to pay to return to China. Seller review on internet really bad. Should have read first

For return request, we now have return address in your country and you do not need to return to China. Customer can simply submit return request online at https://anniecloth.com/order-query with order number and email, or contact us by chat or email for a return label. The refund will be made automatically when the parcel is returned to us.

The product was not as described or pictured on website. NEVER order ftim here. I expected a sweater with 3D embellishments but recieved a polyester t shirt type item. Not even close to what I otdered

This company has just ripped me off of 185 dollars. They require all returns to be sent to Hong Kong. They make it look like they are doing business out of San Francisco, CA. They staggered our shipment into 3 shipments and then told us we were beyond the 15 day return policy. Customer service is only done by email in broken English and they always apologize for no phone number. Stay away from this sham. Clothes and shoes were inferior products when they arrived. Now, I'm stuck with selling the junk on Ebay.

Anniecloth attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

STAY AWAY FAKE CLOTHES

Please don't fall for this company. Fake, cheap clothes that do not represent photos. The attached photo was for a beautiful, knitted cardigan sweater. Been waiting since early October for other item. It will cost you to return their bait and switch clothes. Stay Away

Fake Reviews Everywhere

Garbage. Some items took 6 months to receive (they ship from China and tell you that on the site, so very skeptical of the reviews that say received in a few days). Sizes are completely incorrect (especially shoes), materials are extremely low quality, and they do not accept returns (even if the size is inaccurate for the measurements they provide) or give refunds. I ordered 6 items for US$120. Seems like a good value until only 1 item fits or isn't chintzy and all the others have to be tossed.

Extra fabric in clothes and they won't refund! Worst customer service! Hides behind their horrible policy with faulty product! Do not order from this company! It will take you over a month or longer to get your items. Mine took almost 30 days and I didn't event get my full order. Once received half the items didn't fit or were not like the items shown in the picture- different designs. Some items had extra fabric in them like a factory defect or something. Company refuses to return them. I was out of town traveling for work when they finally arrived so I missed their 15 day return. Now I am stuck with a bunch of garbage clothing that I cannot even donate! Save your money and go else where! Customer service was absolutely rude and unsupportive about it despite their poorly crafted clothing!

I purchased several tees, a few dresses only to find that this company is taking advantage of what we can't see. The fabrics are poor quality and not worth what you truly pay. They pricing makes you think you're getting a bargain, but that's not the case. What is shown on the website is not what you're receiving. I'm very disappointed and will never buy any other items. As I stated,"cheap is always too good to be true"

Too good to be true

Good things: they sent clothes quickly and the correct items. Bad news: only 2 of 8 pieces looked like the photos. Material is completely different, and how it hangs on the body. Not in a good way. I'm not trying to return items, b/c people report difficulties getting $ back. I'm cutting loss and donating what I can't wear. I knew I was taking a chance bc of some poor reviews. But bc the photos looked great, I gave it a chance. Oh well.

I was a little skeptical from ordering at first. You see cheap prices and you think cheap clothing. Well I was wrong, I have ordered 3 times now because the quality of these items are amazing and the price well you cant beat it anywhere. Tracking the order can be a little difficult but you send them a ticket and they get back to you so quickly and let you be at ease that your order is on the way. Great website overall. Great prices for amazing quality!

I would highly recommend

When purchasing a product at a cheaper value, you always risk the chance of cheaper fabric / quality. Every item that I received was surprisingly well-made and of great quality. Everything fit extremely well and was true to size. Everything was also very well priced considering I had bought five items for around $ 80. I would highly recommend to anyway looking for a good deal!
