I created a so called professional homepage with artmajeur. I can tell you it's really unprofessional. The Uptime of my homepage -that's the time when the site is accessible without any problems- is only 75%. And there isn't even a decent mail server included.

As a professional in business, customer service is very important to my bottom line and I simply don't hang around if the level of customer service is (at least) 100%. These guys ae way beyond that.
