I have purchased many items from Barrington and I have also been gifted many items as well.
When the items arrive they are always perfect, this time they were not. The crossbody I purchased was mashed/squished and the leather had several deep scratches. I was told they were scratches from the cow hide, but these were different. The bag looked used. I expressed my concerns to Barrington, they did offer a return.

Pouches are beautifully made and recipients are very happy with them.

This is the fourth St Anne tote I've purchased and is my least favorite because it gets dirty really easily. Because the material is so light it enhances the scuffs. I'm very careful with it and I've only had it for a few weeks but I have to clean it often. It is a pretty tote but wouldn't recommend for this reason.
