Closed down operations without warning, mail returned to sender without warning.
BPM has caused me untold grief, expense and inconvenience. Still, even though their whole operation broke down months ago, their website is still up showing a misleading face of normality.
They've now written to me to announce that they are planning to restart the company. I won't touch them with a barge-pole and neither should you.
The last few weeks they were reporting they had trouble delivering and then suddenly no communications, a report of a bankruptcy and they seem to have disappeared except their site. Lots of us are duped. I lost 50 euro which I deposited to pay for postage. From the Luxemburg company register it looks like they were already bankrupt in December 2015 but never told their customers.
I 'm a subscriber for 3 years without major complaints. The service is generally up to promise, but you may face much higher charges for international forward than they advertise. When you request a forward service, they show you a quote, but then supposedly charge the actual shipping cost. It may happen to match the quote (90% of the time), but quite often it's higher for 5-25 euros (10% of the time). Never happened to me to be lower than the quote. Customer support is fast to respond with explanation, but doesn't offer to fix problems in any way, like offering a refund or fix shipping estimator. I notice website is get updated to get rid of the most nasty mistakes, but it's not issue free.
Managed to lose an item of tracked mail entrusted to their care, offered no explanation despite the fact that the tracking clearly showed it have been delivered to their premises. Using them was an expensive mistake.
Very expensive and too many hidden fees they will charge you even if you don't use their serves.
They put catchy title and prices in order to get signed up for €5 so they can charge you when they want
I have been subscribed to to BPM-Lux services for a few month. Beside website looks great they have terrible practice of stealing users money. They charge full month on every 12th for the previous period no matter when you subscribe.
For example: You subscribe for their services on 11.09. And use it for 1 single day they will charge you full month of usage (5 euros) fee.
This practice is absolutely fraudulent and what is even more terrible is that their customer support don't even care about this or are willing to help with this problem.
My suggestion is to stay away from this company.
BPM-Lux folds up shop without warning and severs all contact with customers! They have my packages! It's buyer beware in the package forwarding space... a complete minefield for consumers.
You register via their site, pay 5 euros and believe that you will then receive a service, this "company" believes to be intelligent and wants to enrich itself with small amounts, so you believe that amounts of 5 euros or up to 25 euros are not a crime, this is wrong I will take legal action against this crap company and you will proudly go to jail for the 25 euros you stole.
Furthermore, I will get every single one of you professional crooks for a violation of the TMG and the DSGVO and you will no longer have a euro in your life, you criminals!
I wanted to send back an order from belgium to France so I subscribed at BPM-lux for pne month. I paid 5, make my order and wait for my package to come. As soon as BPM-lux got my package i received a series of bill comin from nowhere. Thez asked me to pay one year (55) of subsription in advance and 110 of handling and when I refused thay asked for 49 to send the package. I refused to pay, I would not condone such behavoir so I lost my package. My only advice: stay away from these crooks!
Bad customer service. Bad contact options and overall bad service. I would not recommend bpm lux in any advice.
BPM-Lux.com has in place a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy since 2005, to protect the BPM community, shops and customers from fraud and identity theft.
Mr Laurent Guyot’s account has been placed on cash basis, (means no further credit via Credit card of PayPal payments) for following reasons:
1) Registered 2 separate accounts under separate name, and email address.
2) Used 3 different emails and names within 10 days.
3) Used 3 Different Credit Cards within 10 days.
4) Payments from Mr Laurent Guyot, alias Eric Mallet or the Email Address Cernunos failed in 3 opportunities within 10 days, despite changing credit card in 3 opportunities.
Our T&C were accepted, and a minimum membership of 3 month, and a stable payment method is compulsory, due to the small amounts to be deducted to maintain admin costs low.
The customer has been advised to have following choices:
1) Transfer by Bank of € 49 covering the costs already generated, and freight to obtain his goods. After that, the amounts already paid via credit card, would be refunded to the original cards, and his account would be closed.
2) If Mr Guyot wants to continue a long term membership, he shal transfer via bank for one year in advance + deposit, ( € 110) to avoid small amounts failing to be deducted.
3) Provide a Prepaid Label from the seller, to return the goods to the seller.
None of the above sounds a reasonable solution for Mr Laurent Guyot alias Eric Mallet.
