I was without a car for almost a week and I ended up paying for almost 1/2 of it after I have been paying monthly for as long as I have been paying, thinking I would only need to pay the deductible. They were not allow to order parts and required to use components that were not new. My car only has ******* miles even though it is 2001 and this was the original AC unit and should of been treated with more respect. I am 79 and very limited in my movement and not having a car for so long is not to my satisfaction at all.
Talking to different people each time was extremely frustrating. You called us back to renew after poor help with fixing our vehicle the 1st time. We paid over1200. 00- you paid $390.00!—1st claim—-so we cancelled. You called my husband back a few months later and he decided to give you another try. But you failed the test and didn't help at all— saying 1st it was preexisting, then 2nd- the dealership did a bad job! We would never recommend you to anyone!

This guy is exceptional! He ordered for my car to be towed and the first tow truck driver was too expensive. He went above and beyond to get a quote that I could afford which was almost $100 cheaper! Well I would have to say that my experience has been stress free everything is taken care of my shop and the handlers at car shield at work great together got me an excellent transmission with a really good warranty and I just yeah best insurance I have ever and I will always have

1st breakdown called a tow truck, cause I didn't have info in truck, so had to call to see if we could get reimbursed for at least some of the tow bill. Customer service attendant we spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. Put claim in and still waiting on e-mail response about our claim ticket to see if they'll reimburse us. OUR tow truck arrived in 30 minutes. Next time will try to use their towing provider if we have number with us. Engine control module went out and was not a covered part though.

Additionally, we do not see a receipt or invoice for the tow that has been submitted. Our Customer Service team can assist you in handling this matter appropriately. Of the 6 instances that we have needed repairs, you have only partially covered 1 of them. Of the 5,000 parts you cover, seems like you don't cover sensors, modules, turbo intakes, or A/C. You also limit how much you pay for labor. We are beginning to think Ice T lied to us and there must be alot more parts on our car than 5,000 parts. 1 in 6 seems like a failing grade. To your credit you did cover the towing and roadside service.

The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. However, there are times when a specialist adjuster is necessary, which can extend the repair process. I understand the need to properly adjust the claim, but it is difficult when you only have one car. Overall, I have recommended this service to people I know and would do so again.

My husband lost his wallet, so we had to cancel our credit card. Since you charge the monthly payment to our card I called to explain the situation. After explaining I was told that I could extend the payment date but would do better if I called when we got the new card so the extension could be cancelled. It was hardly clear what was going on, but I was frustrated so just agreed without truly understanding. Now I just hope we get the new cards asap and I can cancel the delayed payment. I feel this was not our fault but we got little help and zero sympathy. T

Very Disappointed I was told by two representative that the full payment of my tow would be covered. Unfortunately that was incorrect information unbeknownst to me a change was made in 2023 for the plan that I have. I was not expecting to pay out of pocket especially after being reassured that the tow would be covered 100%.

Had something wrong with my ventilation on the driver's side. There was a motor that was defective. All I had to do submit a claim and the car repair facility did the rest. It saved me a couple of thousand dollars.

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. The reason I marked them at a 4 is because they didn't pay the full price the auto shop was charging for the part and didn't pay full price of labor. I was still only out a couple hundred dollars plus my deductible of $100. I was actually happy to pay that. Overall experience was positive.

The reason for my call was to change my credit card number for the Car Shield payments. I was disputing a charge from another company and for security purposes they cancelled that card and sent me a new one. The rep was very good helping me with that.
