I was asked to provide my feedback in an email sent to me. I will happily do so as we are extremely pleased with the customer service as well as the app. We had a little issue setting up some of our employees but that was quickly resolved (error on our part). Amidst the current state of the world it is reassuring to see companies focused on the wellbeing of others.

The feedback we have had since introducing it to our staff has been great. It really streamlines our HR department's work. Quite a touching story behind this app's creation so we are very happy to be supporting it.

The dashboard of the app is pretty easy to use. We've used others in the past but they were more geared to be used by the individual for 'training'. This is a great active approach to ensure well-being. It is also ready to use with no setup required which takes it to a 5/5 for us

Pros: Easy to use, effective, very helpful.
Cons: Could have more well-being guides added

Our trial period was good, no complaints. We will be looking to subscribe as full members.

The app is good. The fact that it causes people to focus on mental health is amazing. Everyone should realise how important wellbeing is to their workplace

This app has really changed things for us. As a school with a few hundred students is so hard to keep track of what is happening on a personal level. Especially with issues such as bullying. This is the first app we've tried for this purpose and can't imagine something better. Our students know at anytime they can seek support at the touch of a button

Clickcheck fits into our workplace reasonably well. Little upkeep after the initial set up(which was carried out by one of their support team).

I have had a good experience using your platform. The tests arrive every week to our email addresses and the custom questions feature works quite well. I would suggest that adding a text box in which users can add comments such as thoughts or issues would be great.

My thoughts: Innovative approach to mental health.
Going Forward: Perhaps adding a series of mental health articles which employees can read through would be helpful

We use the free version during our unfortunate staff redundancies. We've found it to be a great tool to use for showing we still care which is so important. Perhaps next we will consider the paid version for more features.

We have found this to be a great approach to the current COVID19 situation. With lockdowns in place, as an employer we want to know if our employees ever need assistance with something. The custom questions come in great to serve this purpose being sent at 14 day intervals.

I thought that the 'free app' would be a trial for the premium version but the free version is actually really good
