In no way is this real hair and it was impossible to blend with my own hair. Waste of €50
I kept it though as customer services don't reply to you and if it didn't look cute on my dogs ot would be in the trash can.

I am a qualified hair professional, I have used cliphair now for a few years, never really had a problem with them until recently. I applied 26 inch tapes to a client and within 2 weeks the hair started matting, she waited until 5 weeks to tell me this as she couldn't cope anymore. The hair was matted around her natural hair and had started snagging causing bold patches. Cliphair have now said there tape extensions only last 4-6 weeks before the hair needs replacing! £240 for hair that lasts 4 weeks, Very expensive for synthetic hair if you ask me! They have offered me 20% off my next order but can't guarantee they will last longer than 4 weeks at a time. Ive spent alot of money with this company and i can assure you i will be spending no more. I used Zen luxury extensions previous to trying these and never had a problem with a trim and proper maintenance they lasted 9 months max, I decided to give cliphair a go because they were a bit more affordable for my clients. Won't be making that mistake again! I am now in the process of seeking legal advise as the more reviews I am seeing about Cliphair the more I am realising I'm not the only one this has happened too.
I've attached some pictures, these were taken care of extremely well. Professional products and an extension brush were used as I supplied them all to her. As you can see in the picture there is only 137g of hair left from 200g.
They have now taken off the website that they last 6 months as apparently this is wrong and it should have only said that for Remy Royal even though it says ALL hair.
I'm absolutely disgusted with how this company have dealt with my complaint.
Please save you're money and research a company that sells higher quality hair.
I have been trying to get my color match and no one seems to care. I emailed you to let you know that I tried using the USA phone number listed to contact you, and it never worked. After informing you of this, you take it off and label it as a Canada phone number! Additionally, you expect customers who are not in the UK to pay for an exchange and that is unfair! Lastly, you advertise you will send care instructions and how to use your product and that is a lie. Take it off your pics! When I ask you about your instructions, you tell me you have a blog. I go to the blog and it's completely useless! You have terrible customer service. So disappointed with your service and your company! Never again!
I want to return the hair as they are extremly thin and did not suit my hair when I tried to style them. I have worn them 10 minutes and look exactly the same as when opened. However as they have been styled once to see if they look good I have been refused a return. This is not made clear to you when you buy them. Now I have a product that I will never use but someone else could.
BE WARE! This hair is not human, it matts up and knotts on its own, even if u can use a ton of product, it wont help! They refuse to take them back, thieves. I took mine out after only 3 weeks!
Worse place Iv ever bought hair extensions from spent over £200 and they came looking nice but as soon as they got put in my hair they were not real hair it was synthetic they went horrible and bushy and dry after only 2 days of wearing them.! I have emailed them but still haven't had a reply off them. So very disappointed!

I've worn hair extensions for over almost 10 years now and I've never had a pair as beautiful as this, great value for your money and it's top quality, I ordered the classic full head Clip ins in darkest brown and was worried they wouldn't be thick enough as they aren't double wefted but I got plenty of hair and it feels beautiful and colour matched my hair perfectly, will deffo keep buying from here! The hair extensions came in a lovely box to keep them intact. They are honestly the best quality hair extensions I have ever used, they are beautiful. Would highly recommend!
I ordered ultra volume double weft 18 inch clip ins in the white blonde but came very yellow also alot of thick black & orange hairs running through them.
So I decided to tone the in warm water and a bit of purple shampoo, as soon as they got wet from the seams the hair was just falling out in clumps, not what you expect for £150!
I have been wearing extentions for best part of 20 years and iv never experienced this before with hair plus the awful customer service.
I rang & sent emails explaining and sending them all the pictures, after getting on at them for around a week they finally agreed to refund me half of the money.
The quality of the actual hair is okay apart from the thick black & orange hairs running through, the extentions are not going to last as long as they should with bad shedding from washing, styling ect.

I bought hair from them middle of July. I opened the box of with hair and totally looked like someone returned before me. Then I took out the hair from the packaging and its was so thin, I washed the hair and toned with blue shampoo(I just left the hair for 1 min in a bucket with warm water mixed with the shampoo I didn't even applied directly) and then turned into 3 different colours just as blue, purple and silver. I dried the hair and started to look like I have bleached for hours. I contacted the company for refund they said to write them an email and they will send me a code to return the product. And of course I never received one. They started ignoring me such as my emails, my messages on Facebook and my comments on their page. The hair also falling out since I bought it and tried to brush it couple time and I cant curl it ot straight it because this is not a virgin hair. And the way the put the clips on is ridicules.
First of the order. I paid for next day delivery as I needed them by that date and it didnt arrive( I did get a refund) now probably 4 weeks of having them they have started to fall apart the wefts have separated from each other hair falls out a crazy amount when brushing and when I run my fingers through the hair multiple strands of hair easily pull put from the weft. The ends of the exstentions are extremely scraggly and thin making it difficult to blend, and I wouldnt say I have very thick hair, wear them for anymore than an hour and it Mattes up at the back of your neck having to brush them quite often. Overall a bad experience and a waste of money wishing I had held out for a more expensive company with better quality hair. I will update on how this is resolved.

I spent nearly £300 on micro loop hair extensions and they all fell out within a week. I contacted cliphair customer services at the time and I am in an ongoing battle to try to get a refund
Ordered the silver Grey tapes it does say one pack would be enough but the hair is very thin so I ordered another pack. The hair quality felt good on arrival a little bit thin but after one wash the hair has lost all softness and feels straw like. I haven't toned them and I've washed them gentley with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. I've had extensions before so I know how to care for them and I'd liken them to the same quality my usually extensions are three months in. Annoyed because I've spent £200+ pounds on hair that simple isn't good enough quality to wear as tapes I'd avoid ordering the grey extensions I can't speak for the other colours as the quality may differ. Customer service and ordering has been pleasant enough just a poor product.
So annoyed I tried out this company and wasted £100. The colour doesn't look anything like the colour in the photos - I tried to dye to get a better match and nothing!

I spent £250 on hair extensions that didn't even last a week! I do not recommend and once emailed customer services all they said was it is real hair and ignored my second email. The hair extensions did match then as soon as I used purple shampoo it changed the colour of the hair extensions within one wash but not my natural hair as you can tell from the photo it is not real hair and I'm disgusted that they haven't even tried to solve the problem with their customer after spending this much money.
