I ordered two items, one arrived and had leaked all over the second item, upon inspection it had a cracked lid. The lamb fragrance leaked all over the surface I opened it on which in turn striped the surface of paint. Photos sent to ask for refund/replaced items but they refused. Spoke on live chat and they were very unprofessional.
