Ordered well over 2 months ago. No reply by phone - it cuts off. Got an email response that said it was processed but never received anything. Has a long history of this now that i properly research it.
I ordered tags on Friday and received them on Monday the following week, Super fast delivery. The stamping was great quality. My son is having a military theme birthday party in March and I will be ordering tags for each of his friends for party favors. Super happy. THANKS!

They are liars... they tell you that the order was shipped and after several weeks I called back and now they tell me that the machine was broken and is now being shipped. Poor customer service. The lady on the phone doesn't even know what's going on. Save your money in order from uscav.com
This is the 4th time ordering from Dogtagus.com. Always exactly what I ordered and arrives on time. My grandkids love getting them as gifts. I recently had a set made to resemble the ones my dad had in the army. Looks exactly like them. My go to dog tag place!
I ordered from this website and got an email saying the dog tags would be here within 2-3 days, it has now been 4 weeks and the company is not returning my phone calls nor my emails i sent inquiring about the issue. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
