The brand logo aspect of Fiverr seems like a scam. After getting a bunch of crappy unoriginal brand logos that completely ignored our design specifications, we tried to cancel. That's when we got the big surprise that we (buyer) have no say in our purchase, only the logo creator (seller) and Fiverr support can decide. So, basically a seller can do little work and deliver you utter junk (rehashed clipart) to satisfy your order and you have no recourse to recover your money. The seller refuses to cancel your order as they know its junk but they want your money and Fiverr bases a refund on whether their delivery satisfies the bare requirements not work quality. An expensive lesson ($350+) on why we will never use Fiverr again.
