Ordered five nights at freddys figures for my sons birthday after checking they were in stock. After 6 days there website said that the order was still being processed, on contacting them I was told I could not have a refund as the order was in process of being dispatched. Several emails and they would not apologise for letting my son down on his birthday, I could of gone to A****N and received them in a couple of days for a few pence more
I wanted to order a teen titans comic (http://forbiddenplanet.com/*******-teen-titans-volume-2-family-lost/) from these guys and it was fairly cheap online and my local store didn't have it so I thought I'd give it a go. But it said "Order on request. Expected delivery time is 21 days." which was fair enough I could wait. But after a MONTH AND A HALF there was nothing. Finally got in touch with them and got told that they wouldn't be able to get it as it wasn't in print any more apparently. I completely understand that it not being in print isn't their fault, but for it to take a month and a half to find out (and me having to contact them!) I was not impressed. I cancelled my order and went onto find the comic for sale on ebay.
I'm sure they sell good stuff, but in my opinion and experience I wouldn't order from these guys again. Their stores are amazing with nice people, but as for the online service, it's a bit naff. I'd stick to going into the store.

I bought one online from here for Christmas for my fiancé it arrived ahead of time.
The downside is that it came covered in forbidden planet tape... This threatened to spoil my surprise gift... Luckily enough I had it delivered to my parents address. Now I can't help but want some of the tape it's awesome
Since then I have ordered a few more pieces.
I ordered some more pieces of merch at the end of January...
These were sadly not in stock but I have just had a confirmation and awaiting delivery
I'm definitely returning for more
No chronological order. Site constantly crashes when adding items to basket. No communication on delayed items. Takes about a week from purchase to dispatch and takes a 5-8 day to be delivered. Won't be using this site again.
