Customer service was bad from the start. They provided contradictory information about shipping. Product arrived nearly 3 weeks after their stated processing time. No one could give me a proper status. AND the products themselves are not good either. Framing is rickety, there is no covering on the back - you see the frame points. And those were not put in correctly, I had to secure each one. The actual image printing is good. I will never buy from this company again.
Another quality frame from frames usa. I have come to expect the best from this company and they continue to deliver. I will always buy my frames here if I can. The price is fair and the product is way above the Chinese competition

I had a specific question about the color of the mats that would come with my order. Customer service addressed my issue and the order was perfect. It is so wonderful to work with a company that gives such personal attention to their customers' orders.
I have been ordering wholesale from FrameUSA for over 20 years. I have had some issues with some frames on and off but they usually take care to replace any damaged frames. Shipping is quite expensive. Since Craig Frames absorbed FrameUSA, frames are put together a little differently and shipped differently. I have received a couple orders thus far and for the most park it has been OK. Just wish shipping was toned down a little.
I apologize that I thought you weren't responding to my order for 20 frames in a timely fashion. It turned out that your order tracker was not updating. Other than that, great job, and I got all of my pieces framed and delivered on time.
The site can be difficult to use; it seems better formatted for wholesale customers who know what they're looking for, and the shipping policy is a bit bizarre. However, I had worked with Frame USA products as a professional framer in the past and knew the quality is unmatched for the price, so I took my time navigating the site and found the perfect frame. It looks great on my artwork and it's real, solid wood, which collectors will expect of my artwork.
The frame just didn't measure up to the cost. It didn't seem that the frame was so special or unique to justify the cost. I did order the frame with a foam backing and it came with cardboard instead. Not sure why.

Hi Jason, I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with your purchase! The frame that you purchased is considered one of our more economical options as it is a poster frame. We do have variety of other wood or metal frames available in similar style and price point. As for the frame not coming with the correct backing, that was definitely on us and i apologize that you did not receive what you ordered.
